restrict or relicense third-party software, fonts, data, notices or materials.
Those components remain subject to their own licences and attribution terms.
The Pulse Engine, Pulse Explorer and their original notices retain their Apache
License, Version 2.0 terms. Other bundled components retain their respective
licences as recorded in legal/component-ledger.json.

Pulse, Kitware and other third-party names are used to describe the origin of
components. This project does not claim their endorsement.

The identity of the legal rights holder and final product distribution terms
must be confirmed before a public product release. This workspace notice does
not constitute that release.
